Poetry

We have covered many elements of figurative language over the last two weeks.  Students have been pointing out alliteration, onomatopoeia  and imagery in their silent reading books after our lessons.  Today we reviewed idioms.  Students did an excellent job drawing the literal and figurative meaning of their idioms.  I really look forward to reading all of their poems next week.
