A Peek at Next Week

Next week students will be giving their career speeches in Language Arts. The seventh graders have been working very hard on these projects and I am excited to see their final products. In reading we will continue to read Harriet Tubman and learn about conflicts leading up to the Civil War.

A Peek at Next Week

The Career Unit

This week is our last week of research for the Career Unit. Students are taking notes on note cards in the IMC. They are looking at books and career websites for information. By the end of this week we will be organizing our note cards in order to create our speech outlines.
