The Valentine's Day Party:
Social Studies- Students will be reviewing and then taking their test on Chapter 6 on Thursday.
Science- We will begin Lesson 11.3 "How Can Weather Patterns Be Observed?"

Reading and Language Arts- Students will be making inferences while they continue to read about Natural Disasters. They will also be learning about the present-perfect verb tense, and will be incorporating that tense into their writing.
Word Work- Students will begin List 8: dict, metri/meter, poly, sub, tele, and un.
Math- Students will be working on conversions. They will be converting numbers within the metric system, continue to add and subtract decimals, and will continue to round decimals to different place values.
